Jake Manchion is an Analyst in Investment Manager Research at DeMarche. He is responsible for providing the Manager Research Committee and senior DeMarche consultants with due diligence analytics on institutional asset managers. He is the chair of the MARC Advisory Committee, the firm’s analyst-level research oversight group. He is also the co-author of the DeMarche Dashboard, a monthly flash report on securities, markets, and the economy. Before joining DeMarche, he worked as a student finance advisor at Ottawa University.
Mr. Manchion earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance from Kansas State University. His work includes institutional investment research and manager due diligence, including analysis of performance, risk characteristics, portfolio construction, and investment processes across asset classes. Mr. Manchion is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II candidate.
