Donald Lennard is a senior consultant for DeMarche. Mr. Lennard serves as a voting member on the DeMarche Manager Review Committee and provides oversight of the firm’s due diligence for traditional asset classes. Mr. Lennard serves as Chairperson for the DeMarche Alternatives Manager Review Committee. He is also a member of the DeMarche Asset Allocation Committee, which is responsible for supporting clients on asset mix, asset liability studies and investment policy research.
Mr. Lennard was previously a Senior Investment Officer for Private Markets for the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) where he was responsible for a portfolio exceeding $2 billion in assets. From 2000 to 2007, he directed DeMarche’s manager research staff. Prior to that, he served in several positions in corporate finance at Sprint, including a director position at the Brazilian subsidiary Intelij. He is also an adjunct professor teaching both finance and operations management courses at The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Mr. Lennard earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Avila University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Truman State University. He holds a FINRA Series 65 Securities License.
