Thomas Woolwine is the Vice Chairman at DeMarche and the President of DeMarche’s discretionary OCIO practice. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Mr. Woolwine specializes in fixed income, pension risk management, and asset allocation policy. His client experience includes large corporations, healthcare systems, associations, and foundations.
Prior to joining DeMarche, Mr. Woolwine was an investment officer in the Fixed Income Department of Boatmen’s First National Bank of Kansas City, where he advised institutional clients on portfolio management and trading strategies. He is a member of the Kansas City Rotary Club Foundation Board of Directors and chairman of the investment committee. He also serves on the investment committee for the endowment fund at his alma mater, Knox College.
Mr. Woolwine earned his graduate diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Knox College. He completed the CFA Continuing Education Program and holds a FINRA Securities Series 65 license.
