Thomas Woolwine is the Vice Chairman of DeMarche and the President of DeMarche’s discretionary OCIO affiliate, Discretionary Management Services (DMS). He specializes in fixed income, pension risk management, and asset allocation policy. His client experience includes large corporations, healthcare, associations, and foundation and endowment funds. Mr. Woolwine is a member of DeMarche’s Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining DeMarche, Mr. Woolwine was an investment officer in the Fixed Income Department of Boatmen’s First National Bank of Kansas City, where he advised institutional clients on portfolio management and trading strategies. He is a member of the board of directors of the Kansas City Rotary Club Foundation (KCRCF) and Chairman of the investment committee. He also serves on the investment committee for the endowment fund at his alma mater, Knox College.
Mr. Woolwine earned his graduate diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Knox College. He completed the CFA Continuing Education Program and holds a FINRA Securities Series 65 license.
