Thomas Woolwine is the Vice Chairman and Practice Leader of DeMarche and the President of Discretionary Management Services (DMS), DeMarche’s discretionary OCIO affiliate. Mr. Woolwine specializes in large accounts with enormous complexity. Over the course of his career he has provided extraordinary guidance to his clients. Mr. Woolwine is a member of DeMarche’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Product Review Committee.
Prior to joining DeMarche, Mr. Woolwine was an investment officer in the Fixed Income Department of Boatmen’s First National Bank of Kansas City, where he advised institutional clients on portfolio management and trading strategies. He currently serves on the investment committee for the endowment fund at his alma mater, Knox College.
Mr. Woolwine received his graduate diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Knox College. He completed the CFA Continuing Education Program and holds FINRA Securities License Series 63 and 65.
